Ray Clemens is the owner of Ray C's Harley-Davidson/Buell of Lapeer and Ray C's Extreme Store. He has been in business for over 25 years. His favorite quote is, "Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming...Wow—What a ride!"

Tom has worked here since March 1987 (20 years). Tom has always worked in sales. He enjoys the sales department because every customer is different and becomes a new challenge for him.

Matt has worked here for 14 years. He enjoys working in the family business. He has started at the bottom and is working his way up to the top. He loves hunting, riding, and many other outdoor activities.

Connie moved from our General Merchandise Staff to Ray C's Sales Staff. Connie has been with Ray C's since 2006 and is excited about her new position. She enjoys the one-on-one working with customers. You can find Connie enjoying her own Buell motorcycle on weekends.

For Robin, working in a motorcycle shop was not something she planned. She is going on her tenth year at Ray C's and enjoys her work. Robin enjoys the customers that come in. She also likes working with advertising; watching an ad or commercial come together, she really thinks the personal touch of the family is added. She didn't think that she would be riding a dirt bike either, but her family looks forward to taking their bikes and hitting the trails.

Pam has been the receptionist/greeter for over 6.5 years and loves her job! What girl could ask for any more? She gets to meet people, smile, and talk on the phone all day long.

Flossie had been working at Ray C's Harley-Davidson since 2003 and enjoys it greatly. She loves ordering Harley-Davidson® MotorClothes® and showing them to the customers. Flossie is wonderful at helping customers find the right leather jacket, helmet, boots, and rain gear so that not only do they look great while riding their Harley-Davidson®, but they are also protected from the elements. Flossie says, "Keep it safe on your Harley and God bless ya."

Ginger started working at Ray C's in 2005. She has been in retail since she was 16 years old. She enjoys working retail because she is such a people-person. If you are ever lucky enough to meet Ginger, you will never forget her!

Ted has worked at Ray C's for over 4 years. In his free time he enjoys riding his Harley-Davidson® motorcycle. In fact, Ted owned a motorcycle before he owned a car.

Scott has worked here at Ray C's Harley-Davidson/Buell and Ray C's Extreme Store for over 2 years. Scott enjoys his job because he likes working with numbers.

Amy has been with Ray C's a little more than year now. You can usually find Amy with a smile on her face, she recently got married.

Mark is the Ray C's Harley-Davidson/Buell Chrome Consultant. He has been working at Ray C's for over 11 years. What he likes most about being the chrome consultant is the help and challenge to customize the customers bike the way they think they want it done. He also likes to show customers things they didn't even know they wanted.

Will has worked at Ray C's for nearly two years in the parts department. He likes working parts because it's fun helping people accessorize their bikes. On Will's days off he enjoys riding snowmobiles, motorcycles, fishing, and playing golf.

Matt has worked in the motorcycle industry for 14 years. He started out as a technician in southwest Florida. He came to Ray C's in 2001 as a technician. In January 2004, Matt came out of the back room and became Service Manager. In his spare time Matt enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, golfing, camping, and boating.

Mike has been with Ray C's since 2003. Mike enjoys helping customers upgrade their motorcycles to help them enjoy their riding experience even more. Mike is an avid rider and enthusiast. Mike is very involved in fighting for the rights of motorcyclists. He enjoys spending time with his family and playing with his dog.

Curt has been with Ray C's for more than 20 years. Curt has been a technician for Ray the entire time. Curt enjoys spending time with his family, traveling with his wife, hunting, bowling, golfing, and watching any one of his three children play sports.

Bryand came with the place when Ray C bought it over 25 years ago! Bryand has been a technician at Ray C's and a full-time teacher at the Lapeer Vocational Center, teaching recreational vehicle repair ever since. In fact, Curt Timmer was one of his students. Bryand enjoys drag racing, shooting trap, and repairing computers.

James started in the parts department seven years ago. he moved to the service department shortly after that as a technician. James recently completed his final training to advance Master of Technology through Harley-Davidson's PHD training program. James enjoys spending time with his family, drag racing, bowling, and riding his super fast 2004 V-Rod®.

Jerry has been in the powersports industry as a technician for more then 20 years. He came to Ray C's in 2003. Jerry is very skilled in many areas and working his way toward being a Certified Master Technician. Jerry enjoys spending time with his family on the lake, snowmobiling, jet skiing, boating, and playing hockey. Jerry also dabbles with carpentry when time allows it.

Ron has been with Ray C's for seven years. Ron builds and preps all if the beautiful machines that everyone is so excited to pick up after their new purchase. Ron enjoys helping his sons race stock cars, snowmobiles, or whatever they can make go faster! He also enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, and snowmobiling.
